| The Maine Aviation Historical Society holds monthly membership meetings. These meetings allow us to organize and manage the Museum but they also provide us an opportunity to have programs and speakers that help us learn more about the aviation history in Maine. Meetings are held the second Saturday of the month at 10:00 AM. Meetings are open to the public and we would encourage you to attend and learn more about us. Also, please bring a friend. Most meetings are held at the Museum but during the winter months we hold meetings at various locations around the State. This gives us an opportunity to visit other places and meet new people. The March Membership Meeting was cancelled due to weather. We have moved the Sanford, Maine Airport meeting to April 12th at 10:00 AM. In May we will return to the Museum |

| The May meeting will be held at the Museum on May 10th at 10:00 AM. Following the meeting we will be preparing the Museum for opening and weather permitting we will be applying a fresh coat of paint to the outside. Come dressed to work and our President suggests we bring something to cook on the grill. The Memorial Day parade will be held May 26th and we have been invited to participate as we have in prior years. We will be making plans on this as well as opening the Museum. |
